Sky Yard Patios are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. They come furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, plus a lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature vaulted ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay. Electrical Outlets same as USA and Canada

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay ( Except Sundays and Christmas Day ) Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided along with toiletries, we also provide paper towels, dish detergent and bath tissue. All bathrooms are equipped with hair Dryers.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
