« Excellent -- attentive, helpful and friendly -- staff!! My room was very clean and was kept clean during my 6 nights in the hotel. The restaurant was also excellent. There are three pools in this hotel, which is also impressive. I am more negative about three matters which are probably less relevant for most people. First, the gym is a dangerous disaster zone and should be avoided. Neither of the running treadmills worked during my rather lengthy stay. None of the equipment worked and the two...

« Tres bel hotel, magnifique piscine »

« We absolutely loved our stay!! Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature. The staff were so attentive and kind, the room is spacious and we loved the special touch of breakfast being brought directly to us in a picnic basket every morning (at a time we’re asked to choose)! « Nice resort and spa. Facilities were clean and well organized. Breakfast for fee was pretty good. Pool was big and clean. Steam room and sauna were pleasant. It should have been no kids especially with no adult supervision sign. Kids were getting in and out the steam room and sauna, making room temperature decking. Staff is not smiling. All questions are answered with rude voice and gesture, no eye contact. All answers started with NO without explanation. Additional questions were needed to get...

« Très bonne surprise que cet hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Dilidjan. Il a des allures de chalet suisse car construit tout en bois. Decor très familial avec de nombreuses peintures. Belle et grande chsmbre avec balcon au décor désuet mais plein de charme. Comme il est loin de la route principale calme absolu. Personnel tres attentionné. Un petit déjeuner tres copieux et très varié. Possibilite de diner au restaurant de l'hôtel. »

« Excellent place to stay! The hosts were very welcoming and pleasant! The views are amazing and it was very quiet and relaxing. »
