Ryokans à Serowe

« Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room. Firstly, we booked executive room because of a reason, now we had to settle for a small bed horrible shower and not to mention that the standard room was not that clean. « The staff were friendly and welcoming . Room was very clean with large comfortable beds ! . Winnie cooked us a delicious meal , and served a lovely continental breakfast . Proved to be a comfortable stop over on the way to Maun Recommend a stay here . »
