The upper level also features a spacious bunk room with a queen/twin bunk bed and an additional twin, plus a cozy lounge perfect for family movie nights, board games, or evening cocktails. A second king bedroom on the main floor offers easy access and a full bathroom, making it ideal for guests who prefer first-level living. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind—featuring plush bedding, blackout shades, ceiling fans, smart TVs, ample storage, and thoughtful touches like charging stations and luggage racks. Our smallest guests will be accommodated, of course! The home provides babies and small children with sleeping options in all bedrooms.

With the pond wrapping around the property, you’ll feel completely at peace, yet children should be supervised as the shoreline is unfenced. Hawkins Pond is 91 acres in size and boats with motors greater than 8 HP are not allowed, adding to the tranquility and serenity of the property.
