« Lägenheten var bra, läget bra och en fantastisk balkong men incheckningen var en katastrof! Dom sa att någon skulle finnas på plats och möta oss. Till slut kom vi in i huset när annan person gick ut. Vi fick ringa på dörrar och till slut fick vi ett annat telnr att ringa. Då fick vi gå ner till kiosken och hämta en nyckel. « The place was great - but it was VERY STRESSFUL to figure out the parking. They sent us a link on google maps, but there was no sign to say that it belonged to the hotel, in fact, there were signs saying it belonged to other people! We tried to call the contact number they gave us, but no one answered. We called twice and sent several texts with questions. They were not looked at till the next day when it was WAY too late. « Superbe hôtel ! Les prestations sont excellentes, le personnel est à l’écoute et se met en 4 pour répondre à toutes vos demandes. Le seul hic, l’hotel fait tourner en boucle le même CD de musique italienne de 7h30 à 18h00, ce qui à la longue fatigue énormément. »

« The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for...
