« On avait réservé une habitation avec une adresse précise et lorsque nous sommes arrivés par taxi avec nos valises. il y avait un code pour entrée dans le bâtiment. Jamais reçu de communication avec le propriétaire pour avoir les codes pour avoir accès à notre habitation. Un visiteur nous a ouvert, mais personne sur place pour nous aider. Nous n’avons jamais aucune communication du propriétaire en aucun temps. On a essayé de communiquer avec Expedia pour de l’aide, mais impossible, car il ne...

« Went for a night in Novi Sad in Arena Big Luxury Apartment and we loved our stay there! The owner was really polite and easy to reach by phone + speaks also in English, organizing the check in was easy and smooth by phone, the apartment is gorgeous, built just before the pandemic and was luxurious. The owner also prepared a package with suggestions where to eat, etc. There is a parking included and the apartment is well located in the city. Strongly recommend! :) »
