« The experience of our stay was excellent. We have stayed here previously on two occasions and the service remains outstanding. « Staff were helpful, plentiful and kind. The hotel is brand new and the staff are still finding their feet. The hotel doesn’t yet have a drinks licence which was a shame and they struggled taking payment on check out. A few power cuts too which I guess is normal for such a new property. Airport pickup worked very well and dinner one night on the restaurant was splendid. »

« The check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room and hotel was clean and modern with good facilities. The breakfast options were varied and suitable for all tastes. The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City. »
