« We had a wonderful 2 nights in the treehouse - such a beautiful peaceful spot. Andy and Caroline were excellent hosts - we were very grateful for the use of the 4 wheel drive to get us down the track and it was interesting to hear the story of the treehouse. It was a unique and memorable experience and we would highly recommend it to others. Being off grid for a couple of days was very relaxing and we enjoyed reading, drinking wine and watching the birds and bats over the lake. We would love to...

Fitted out to a high standard, this compact and unique accommodation has the benefit of under cover location, with exterior seating/dining areas making it ideal for the English weather. « We had a great half term stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the furniture v comfortable, the beds were firm and 100% cotton sheets, wifi great. The view is wonderful, sunsets every night and a balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Remember to bring your binoculars! The position of the apartment is fantastic, no need to use the car, unless visiting nearby attractions, which are numerous. We hope to be back :-) »

« I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys...
