« Check in was fairly smooth, once we finally received the information. We had several issues with the location though. The walkway to the apartment had no lighting and was a bit awkward getting to the apt., especially at night. The entry didn't feel very secure since the glass doors didn't lock properly and the gate had large openings that someone could reach through to grab the key, that is right next to the door. The apt hadn't been vacuumed very well and the waste basket had someone elses...

« The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay.
