« Overall our stay was great ! The host was available when we needed and even offered his help in case we need anything. The place was as advertised and we didn't have any issues having everybody over ! As for certain points our group would like to mention 1 - In the basement, a lot of us found spiders and spider webs in the bedrooms and bathrooms. "We just spent a week at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brampton and already miss it! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating — whether it was helping us warm a meal in the microwave, providing a sewing kit, or giving us access to the business center, the service was excellent. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning. It’s clear that this hotel is well-managed and that the staff truly care about guests’ comfort. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Toronto. Bravo to the whole team!"
