« Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel. »

« This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises . »

« Excellent »

« We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...

« The receptionist is so welcoming , never see this level before in whole Georgia, she is amazing smiling finding solution when needed and so respectful »

« A fantastic hotel just new and very well designed. Entrance with a real piano , breakfast on the last floor with nice view and terrace. An excellent breakfast. Bed very comfortable. Nice shower room. This hotel is really a great place at a very good price. I recommend to have diner at Tbilissi restaurant just 50m away. If I had to find something to improve it will be to get international TV channels in English . Thanks for the good moment Olivier from France »

« nice place to stay »
