« All good, closed to Whakapapa, good amenities, bar in the central area. Not very sound proof if you get noisy neighbors (I guess expected in lodges) but apart from that all perfect. Nice staff. »

« We loved the house; spaciousness and location were good, except there was no snow :( Communication with the owner was quick and easy. However, instructions for cleaning/leaving were not given so there was some confusion about what we needed to do. We had noticed that there were some areas that had not been cleaned for a while, then met the person who came to change the beds and apparently that is all she does? So - clearer instructions please, we would have cleaned if we'd known we had to. »
