« We absolutely loved our visit to Sedona and Quail Cottage was a cornerstone part of this. It was clean and comfortable. Bridget communicated directions with us early so we knew what to expect when we arrived. We felt welcome from the moment we got there. The location was perfect. « This Vrbo met our needs nicely. We slept here. The bed was comfy, the neighborhood was quiet and the room temp was easy to control. We also took a mid day break from the hot sun and to snack. We used the stove to prepare small things. The place was well stocked with basic items - better than most Vrbos. Hostess was nice and she responded promptly. »

« Montezuma ruins are so close. Lots to do in the area & quiet accommodation. »

« The property is very nice, convenient location, nice outdoor space. We had two different issues, called the manager 2 times and texted him once. No response at all. If you have any problems here you might be on your own. Slightly dissapointing »

« This quiet cottage is conveniently located just a few minutes from Flagstaff. It offered all the amenities needed for a two week stay. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this property who are wanting a nice quiet getaway!! »

« Very clean and meticulously maintained property. Obvious that the owners put much care into it. Lara lives on the adjacent property and greeted us when we arrived to explain the TV remote and mini blinds. Check-in was a bit more difficult than it needed to be as Lara wanted to know when we were arriving but with a fluid schedule, we had to keep sending updates and did not receive the entry code until a couple hours after check-in time; would have preferred to have the code prior to check-in time...

« Where to start, the stunning views on the way down to the property, the convenient location that's close to town yet tucked away, or the wonderful casita itself.Linda was a wonderful host who was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, made us feel like we were truly guests in someones home. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well. The casita is so well decorated, clean, and well thought out. She even wrote out little post-it instructions on everything that could possibly be...
