« Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience...

« Absolutely one of the best finds I have had the opportunity to experience. From start to finish. I recommend any and everyone check this place out. Great view, great vibe, lots of history (of the town) located on the shelf. It was just very accommodating / satisfying. This stay was much needed Thank you for opening your lovely home for such beautiful experiences. »

« Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. »

« A 5-star stay - comfortable, relaxing, a hot tub under the stars, plus our furry friends could stay too which was a must for us. Our host was super communicative and great to work with. Quail Cottage was truly perfect and we highly recommend for those looking to stay in Sedona but not in the hustle and bustle yet close to hikes, creeks, restaurants, etc! »

« My husband and I loved this property. They had all the amenities you would want for a desert trip. Close to Sedona and the nearby town was charming. They allowed doggos too which is a plus in our book! All the details inside the container were very well thought out. We especially enjoyed the bottle of Rose, outdoor sandals for the pool, and the AC after a hot day mountain biking. If we visit the area again we would 100% rebook this place. :) »
