« Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. « Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. Rather than taking responsibility for hosting misleading listings...
