Villa Miralisa is a bright two-story villa situated at a few steps from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Villa Miralisa you will enjoy a fascinating view of the beach and of the sea. Villa Miralisa is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.5 km (4.7 miles) from Senigallia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 600 meters (660 yards), the bus stop at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marzocca Marina beach) at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).
You will reach Villa Miralisa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Miralisa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. It is equipped with two masonry benches, as well as with a table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a bright view of the beach and of the sea.
Patio
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the greenery.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with eight seats. The jacuzzi pool is open all year round (the jacuzzi pool can be heated, if requested -- additional cost applies, please enquire with our staff). It is equipped with an external shower.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable, and include a sofa. There is a practical fireplace made of glass. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker and and one electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room has two glass walls.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a bathtub. The bathroom is open-plan.
Bathroom
The bathroom is made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 2
This room has no door. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood, has white exposed beams and has an height of 1.85 meters (6.1 feet) at its highest point and of 55 centimeters (1.8 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two roof windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
