« We stayed one night at Suzukiya Ryokan and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very kind and attentive. We ordered the Japanese dinner and it was of high quality. We also enjoyed the public bath/osen and the traditional style, as well as the interesting displays of historical Japanese artifacts of culture. »

« Super ryokan niché dans la montagne de zao. Pas si facile d'accès sans voiture (bus et bouchons depuis Yamagata). Néanmoins cela vallait le coup : très beau lieu tout confort. Litterie impeccable, bâtiment propre et surtout un repas merveilleux !! Le onsen est très jolie mais le bain extérieur est très très chaud. « We stayed at this ryokan & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ryokan was quite modern with good facilities & amenities. Our room was a jr suite with private open air onsen which was marvellous. We had very high quality beddings & slept well. The communal public bath areas were also very nice. Parking was a breeze, just in front of the property on the other side of the road.
