  • Villa Wayan est une nouvelle villa de 5 chambres à Seminyak près de la place Seminyak. Cette fantastique villa a ouvert ses portes en septembre 2018 et offre un endroit idéal pour les grands groupes ou les familles.

    La villa dispose d'un vaste espace de vie donnant sur la piscine, d'un spa extérieur pour 12 personnes et de jardins luxuriants. Il dispose d'une grande cuisine, d'un coin repas et d'un coin salon avec de nombreux équipements, dont un réfrigérateur-bar et une télévision à grand écran.

    L'espace de vie et l'espace extérieur au rez-de-chaussée de la Villa Wayan sont adaptés aux fauteuils roulants avec de nombreuses zones de niveau pour tous nos clients. Une clôture de piscine temporaire peut également être installée sur demande pour permettre la sécurité de nos clients.

    Être situé dans une voie calme à côté de Revolver Espresso signifie que vous ferez partie de l'action et que vous "mangerez dans la rue" en quelques secondes en profitant des meilleurs restaurants que Bali a à offrir. De nombreux magasins de vêtements de caractère se trouvent dans les rues ou dans le centre commercial Seminyak Village nouvellement construit.

    Notre tarif de base de 200 $ est pour 4 personnes avec un coût supplémentaire de 40 $ par personne et par nuit. Les enfants de 3 ans et moins sont gratuits et les enfants de 13 ans et moins sont à moitié prix. S'il vous plaît laissez-nous savoir lorsque vous faites une demande afin que nous puissions refléter le vrai prix pour vous.

We were a group of 8 staying at Wayan Villa. We were greeted warmly by Ketut and his team and throughout our holiday they couldn't do enough for us . The villa was always spotless and the pool cleaned regularly. Ketut helped us to arrange trips and gave us local knowledge. The villa itself its tucked away down a sidestreet but is right in the middle of a great shopping and food area. Everything has been thought about for people staying in the villa, right down to games and cards for our use. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.

The host was excellent. Responsive when ever required. The villa was amazing. The location was perfect for us, large pool, open plan living spaces, daily house keeping..Definitely book this place when we next visit Bali. An all round excellent choice.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The location is amazing, just a 7-minute walk to the beach, although we only made it there once. It’s right in the heart of Seminyak, with Revolver Café right next door, so you’re surrounded by everything, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing.The villa itself was fantastic, with five large bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it perfect for groups. The management and staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.There were even beautiful little squirrels around, which added to the charm. And the pool was the best, easily one of our favourite parts of the property.Overall, amazing value for money and a place we would absolutely stay at again.

Great location and very comfortable villa

Has everything you need, located perfectly in Seminyak. Very good facilities for our large group. Pool was brilliant. Definitely recommend. Vanessa and Ketut were easy to communicate with if needed.

Great location

The villa and amenities were great. Appreciated the filtered water being restocked. Great convenient location and large enough for everyone to have their own space. Pool was large and very clean.Only improvement would be the cleaning of the bathrooms could be improved, they didn’t feel very clean. Overall would recommend.

Perfect

Tucked away from all the action of Seminyak, and yet it's also 30second walk to the middle of all the many, MANY, shops and restaurants 5mins walk from beach with good waves for body boarding Food superb at absolutely every place we went to. And we enjoy nice, varied food. Ketut, manager, and his team helped with everything needed: transport, cleaning, laundry (including our clothes), etc.

Bali Birthdays

We celebrated 3 family Birthdays throughout our stay! The location of Villa Wayan was ideal for the young adults in our group. It was their first time to Bali and they could explore independently and loved it!! Our day tours were awesome from ATV, Nusa Penida and FINNS beach club...nothing disappointed the greater group! Revolver Cafe on the doorstep was sublime and a daily ritual for all Ketut the Villa Manager was a humble and friendly man, he was ever so polite and accommodating with our requests this holiday did not disappoint.

Honestly, I cannot fault this place or the experience we had. Vanessa, Kertut and the team couldnt have been any more accommodating. So much space, a beautiful pool and right in the middle of Seminyak. Everything is within a few minutes walk, Seminyak Square, the flea markets, warungs, and dont forget the amazing revolver cafe. We had 2 families staying and there was plenty of room. If I could give the experience 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much Kertut, you were awesome.

We organised our teip with all the family being together ie mum, dad, daughter and son from UK and joining us from New Zealand our other daughter husband and twin grandsons aged 4 it was perfect for what we needed Katut and his team done an ex ellent job lookung after us when we needed him

Family holiday

Aussie family holiday with 7 adults. The villa is as advertised and central to eat street in Seminyak with an easy walk to the beach. We spent a good deal of time lazing around the pool in the villa. Airport pick up and drop off was organised for us and communication with the owner and manager Ketut was easy. Ketut sorted any little problems or requests promptly and always with a smile and joke. The five bedrooms are as described and the villa is great for larger families or groups of friends.

From the moment we were collected from the airport everything was great. The Villa was clean, sunny and the team were great. We had a huge stoen and the pool got really dirty. I called sunny and within 5 minutes somebody was there to clean the pool. The only down side for a family with kids there is no TV in the lounge.

Villa Wayan

We had the best 5 star treatment, starting from the wonderful drivers who picked us up from the airport, to the greeting on arrival at the villa by the lovely manager Ketut and the excellent breakfast cooked by the beautiful Sunny, which couldn't have been easy, as there were 7 of us. Ketut was a gorgeous man with the best sense of humour. He was quick to address any problems that arose and also collected, then delivered our laundry. The best family holiday ever.

Ketut, Annie and team were very friendly and welcoming. The villa is quite dated and came with some issues:- rat ran through the living area into the garden area, mice droppings in first bathroom and we had a power cut one night through the night that was rectified in the morning when we informed Ketut. There is a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms as only provided in bathrooms, making getting ready difficult ie drying hair and putting make up on (shouldn’t really have normal hairdryers in a bathroom as electric). The pool is good but again the garden areas and beds are dated. Not enough sunbeds for size of villa. Probably wouldn’t come back to Seminyak as dirty and very busy, there are nicer areas in Bali.

Fantastic villa in an amazing location!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Villa Wayan. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing time, Vanessa and her the staff ate very useful and friendly. Vanessa also provided many tips and suggestions and she always responded back in a very short timeframe. The location, at the centre of Seminyak is very convenient and the villa is very quiet. Perfect stay - I wish I could go back next weekend!

When we opened the courtyard door it was like walking into a slice of heaven! The villa was beautiful, well maintained and beautifully furnished. We were a party of 10 and the villa had plenty of space to accomate us all. Vanessa answered any queries promptly and sunny and yati maintained a high standard of cleanliness
