     Bali Villa 2205 is a stylish and charming, tropical chic holiday retreat tucked away at the end of a secluded lane in the centre of Seminyak. A perfect island home amidst the coffee bars, beach clubs, boutique shops and restaurants of this beloved beach town in the south of Bali. 

     Bali Villa 2205 houses 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living and sunny tropical garden. Despite its central location, the ambience is perfectly tranquil. Are you travelling with a larger group of friends and or family? You can opt to rent Bali Villa 2205 together with its next Villa next door.

     The Outdoor Areas

     Bali Villa 2205 has a generous private parking space in the front. Rustic timber doors lead inside the villa, welcoming you in its beautiful, peaceful garden with bamboo, palms, ponds, cactuses and tribal wooden-carved figures. The private swimming pool is tiled with natural green stones and the water is crystal clear. The size of the pool is 8 x 4 meters and there is a shallow area for kids to play in the water. 

     The pool is encompassed by a timber deck where you can soak up the sun on a bamboo daybed or curl up in the hanging chair with a good book to read. You can even enjoy an outdoor shower after swimming in the pool - really refreshing! The garden is your private little oasis to relax in while buzzing Seminyak awaits just outside your garden walls. Pretty great!

     The Indoor Areas

     On the ground level of this double-storey luxury villa, just one step up from the villa’s garden sits the open-concept living room. This modern, lofty living space is designed elegantly with carefully-selected handmade wooden and rattan furniture, lamps and plants. There is a sofa with a wooden-carved coffee table, a long bar with high chairs that doubles as a dining table and a modern open kitchen with hand-painted tiles. 

     The overall look is tropical chic and it is designed to meet modern comforts, following the latest trends. The bar/dining table, for instance, has got electricity plugs on the sides, making it a really multifunctional hang-out spot. Sit there with drinks, with your laptop or phone, read the paper with a cup of coffee, enjoy dinner and so on.

     The Bedrooms

     The villa houses 4 bedrooms. When coming down the stairs, turn right to gain access to the master bedroom - a large air-conditioned villa suite fitted with a king-size bed, a satellite-TV, wardrobes and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower, and a separate toilet. 

     The other 3 bedrooms are to your left and right when coming up the stairs from the living room. One of these rooms is furnished with twin beds and the other with a king-size double bed. All rooms have modern amenities such as AC and TV. Each room has a wardrobe closet and en-suite bathroom with showers, vanity and separate toilets.

     Bali Villa 2205 is located in the Drupadi area of Seminyak, very close to Dhyana Pura Street and Double Six Beach, famous for its beaches bars (La Plancha) with bean bags and parasols - a feast of colours where you can chill out with cocktails and gaze at Seminyak’s magnificent sunset. 

     The other end of Jalan Drupadi brings you to the famous Eat Street (Jalan Oberoi). This is one of the most sophisticated and happening shopping and dining street around, featuring branded fashion stores, boutique shops, coffee cafes, restaurants and shopping malls (Seminyak Village and Seminyak Square). Walk it to the end, and you’ll hit KU DE TA Beach Club and trendy Petitenget. Lots of things to explore, that’s for sure!
