The interior design combines traditional Tyrolean charm with a modern touch, featuring high-quality materials and refined finishes, all aimed at ensuring maximum comfort for your holiday in the Dolomites – Val Gardena.
The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms each equipped with shower, washbasin, WC, and bidet, and a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed opening onto the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay in Val Gardena, offering a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
The spectacular panoramic terrace, shared with the adjacent apartment, boasts a breathtaking view of the Sassolungo mountain, and facing south-west, it allows you to enjoy magnificent Dolomites sunsets. It is accessible from one of the two bedrooms.
Additionally, there is a private south-east-facing balcony, accessible from both the living room and the other bedroom.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.
Pets are not allowed in this specific apartment.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.

Completely rebuilt in 2025, the Tieja Panoramic Lodge offers three modern apartments in a sunny location within the municipality of Selva di Val Gardena, just a short walk from the center of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.
Situated next to an ancient farmhouse, surrounded by blooming meadows in summer and directly on the ski slope in winter, it boasts a panoramic and idyllic position in the heart of the Dolomites.
This is a true ski-in/ski-out property, directly on the Plan da Tieja slope, easily reachable from the Col Raiser lift, which connects to the Sellaronda and the Dolomiti Superski area. The children’s ski fields are located right in front of the house – the perfect position for your winter holidays in Val Gardena. The property comes with a house own ski rental, just in the nearby building, offering special discounts for their guests!
In summer, the first hiking trails start right behind the house, where you can also reach the Col Raiser cable car taking you to the foot of the legendary Seceda mountain.
In winter, the children’s ski fields are right at your doorstep, while in summer, two public playgrounds can be reached in less than five minutes on foot – ideal for family holidays in the Dolomites.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.
Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
