J'ai laissé ma carte pour une empreinte le réceptionniste en a profité pour me débiter deux fois 140€ plus 9€ pour un service alors que tout était déjà payé chambre et services. Pire je ne suis pas informé pas de reçu pas de facture je ne l'ai découvert qu'après consultation de mon compte bancaire. »

Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. « Parking was easy. The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was 'out of order', there was no waffle mix to make waffles, poor selection of any pastries or muffins. Not worth going to breakfast downstairs.
It was quite for sleeping, the bed was a bit soft and not comfortable. I woke up with an aching back x 2 nights.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
