« Everything was great as always when I stay here »

« Property was beautiful, staff was excellent. We booked this property last minute after leaving a previous booking because that property was awful (Hampton Inn) we lost two days of paid reservation there but we did care even after paying extra for what we thought covered incidental. Everything was amazing at Drury and we will be staying there EVERY time we go back to San Antonio. »

« 3 nuits sur place, hôtel bien situé, proche des autoroutes. Chambre très bien, très grande, top. Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques. Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange. Personnel sympathique, lorsqu’on les voit. »

« As a Marriott loyalist, this property fell short of the brand’s standards I’ve come to expect. The rooms and common areas are in need of a thorough deep clean and significant updates. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I’d hesitate to recommend this location to fellow travelers. »

« The room was clean, and the pool area was great. The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns. »

« Tout était étriqué dans ce séjour. Il a fallu réclamer des serviettes, le petit dej était très peut fourni, il ne fallait pas prendre trop de glace, et la chambre était très moyenne . L accueil un peu froid et presque tendu. »

« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee. In the room, the toilet was not...
