« Our 4-night stay was all we hoped it to be. The location was surprisingly quiet the first couple of days, and though there was airplane traffic noise from the airport nearby the next two days, it was still a peaceful location. The cottage was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed to cook a couple meals and entertain ourselves with some satellite tv. It is close to many restaurants and the Spit. The hot tub was our favorite amenity.Thank you »

« We enjoyed our stay. Set up on the hillside above Homer, this property has amazing views of the bay and Homer Spit thru large open windows in the living room. « Super relaxing and well-designed space surrounded by trees and close to the beach. Perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining (double farmhouse sinks!), and plenty of space for families to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood. Really nice Nordic modern vibe. Location was also great, about halfway between the Spit and downtown. One of the best Alaskan homes we’ve stayed in, already planning to return next year. »

« Travelers should be aware that this is a duplex, not a house. Don't believe the key instructions for entry. The place was locked when we arrived. The owner did not reply to our text, so we had to use the lock code to enter. That wasn't a big issue once I found the code on the Vrbo website. Otherwise, the unit was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the mamma moose and calf in the front yard. »
