Thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, the home has everything you need for a comfortable and carefree vacation. The primary bedroom upstairs offers a plush king-size bed, while the bright sunroom includes a twin daybed with a trundle, ideal for young children. Sleeps up to 4 guests maximum.

Whether you’re planning sun-soaked beach days, boardwalk nights, or peaceful mornings by the water, this inviting retreat is the perfect home base for your Delaware shore escape.

Access and use of the community’s outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts are optional for an additional fee of $150. The office, which is located beside the front pool off of Cardinal Lane, accepts credit card, check or cast and ID must be presented to receive the electronic badge for pool access. Please note, office hours are between 10am - 1pm. If you want to access the pool the day of check in, you need to arrive during that timeframe to use amenities that first day.

Things to Know:
- Community pool access is optional for an additional fee of $150 for the length of your stay.
- Free parking available for 1 vehicle - space 322. Open parking is available, but please do not park in another numbered spot - you will be towed.
- Fireplace is electric.
- No pets, smoking, vaping, partying or RV/boat parking allowed.
- Guests must climb stairs (the bedroom is on the 2nd floor)
- Guest entry - front door is on a digital lock with a code that is reset after each guest's stay.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
