This spacious, beach-themed, three-story townhome offers three bedrooms all with en-suite full baths to ensure the privacy of each of the guests. The open floor plan in the main living area on the second floor features a fully equipped kitchen for when you want to eat in or just blend up a frothy drink. The dining area has six chairs plus there are an additional four stools at the kitchen breakfast bar so all can gather to savor a meal. Enjoy some entertainment on the large flatscreen TV, or stroll out to the attached, roomy screened-in porch where you can enjoy a morning coffee or sip on a cool, tasty beverage and enjoy the view of the pond. The porch offers a comfy couch and outdoor dining arrangements. The living room has a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations and there is a half bath on this level as well. The bedroom on the ground floor has its’ own shaded patio area and the primary bedroom on the third story has an open-air balcony with a bird’s eye view of the surroundings. There is a jetted tub and separate shower in the full bath. The third bedroom is also on this level separated from the primary by a hallway.

Located about three miles from Fenwick Island State Park, you’ll want to head to the beach on those gloriously sunny days to splash in the waves or build a sandcastle. Ocean City, Maryland is a hop, skip, and a jump away to the immediate south. The fabulous location of this vacation condo places you near to your choice of restaurants, miniature golf, go-karts, water and amusement parks, kayak and jet ski rentals, and of course, shopping.

Enjoy the amenities at Bayville Shores which includes a shared outdoor pool with a large sundeck, fitness center, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, and a small playground for younger guests. There is also a boat and kayak launch, but please note, you cannot leave your vehicle or boat overnight. To access the pool and the boat ramp, you'll need a fob which is included in this rental and located inside the unit. You’ll never run out of things to do and it’s practically guaranteed you’ll want to start planning your next adventure here.

included with the rental & will be available in the unit. Parking of boats is not allowed in Bayville Shores and there is no overnight parking of boats or vehicles at the boat ramp.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
