Villa Alba is a modern vacation rental that can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the picturesque village of Seget Vranjica, close to the historic city of Trogir (6km) on the Adriatic coast. It was created to offer guests comfort and luxury. The stunning 350 square meter, fully air-conditioned, three-story home offers free WiFi both inside and outside.

*Two cars are secured in the parking lot, and there are two more spaces for cars in the garage. The entertainment package of the villa includes a Play Station 4 console (in the gym area), two bicycles that are great for exploring the neighborhood, what is up gear, and table tennis for some fun.

*The ground floor offers an excellent gym/fitness room for daily use for those who don't want to forgo their exercise regimen while on vacation. You will find a rowing machine, a multifunctional device, a bench with weights, and an exercise bike. The other corner of this area includes two single sofas and a smart TV with a PS4. There is a separate toilet. In addition, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron with ironing amenities. Next to the gym is Bedroom NO1 (15,5 sq m) with a super king bed measuring 200 cm by 210 cm (which can be split into two single beds), a lodge, air conditioning, TV, and an en-suite bathroom (5,5 sq m) with a bathtub.

* The outdoor / pool level offers a private infinity and heated swimming pool (10,5m x 3,7m) a fully automated salt electrolysis system, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs and patio awning, an outdoor shower, a very comfortable and covered lounge corner, a covered outdoor dining area for 10 people with a barbecue (woods; charcoal). The perfect setting for al fresco dining with spectacular sea views.
* The indoor / pool level offers an open-plan, sun-filled living and dining area with a gorgeous living room, a cozy dining area, and a modern kitchen with a view of the sparkling sea. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the needed appliances (vine cooler, JURA E60 coffee bean machine, microwave oven, etc) and has excellent quality and functionality. The living room has a gorgeous, opulent sofa and a 163cm Smart TV, and with the sliding doors, you are approaching directly to the pool and sun deck area.
Next to the living area is a sea view Bedroom NO2 (16sqm) with a super king bed 200cm x 210cm (can be split into two single beds), a door toward the pool area, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom (5,5sqm) with a shower.
* The first floor offers 3 comfortable bedrooms with sea views.
Bedroom NO3 (15sqm) with a super king size bed 2x2.10m, air-conditioning, a TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (5,5sqm), a balcony.
Bedroom NO4 (15sqm) with a super king size bed 2x2,10m that can be split into two single beds of 1x2.10m if needed, featured with en suite bathroom with a shower (5,5sqm), TV, air condition and a balcony.
Bedroom NO5 (15,5sqm) with a super king bed 200cm x 210cm (can be split in two single beds), air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom (5,5sqm) with a shower, and a balcony.
