Inside, the split-level design creates a spacious, airy feel with lower- and upper-level windows flooding the space with natural light and offering stunning views of the lush outdoors. The open-concept living area includes a stylish sectional sofa that converts to a queen-sized sleeper, an electric fireplace, and patio doors leading to the back deck. The modern kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a quartz countertop that extends into a breakfast peninsula and passthrough bar for easy indoor-outdoor entertaining.

The downstairs living space and upstairs master suite open onto two spectacular tree-lined decks. The shaded lower deck is packed with amenities, including comfy lounge seating, Adirondack chairs, all-season rugs, a fire pit, a barbecue grill, and a 6-seater hot tub (photo coming soon). Upstairs, a large wrap-around deck with loungers, a coffee table, and hammock is the perfect spot to soak in the beauty and sounds of Oak Creek Canyon.

All bathroom supplies are vegan and cruelty free.

You will have full access to the entire home, outdoor living spaces, and hot tub.

Please note that after turning off Highway 89A, there is a 0.2 mile stretch of rough pavement with potholes. If you drive slowly, any vehicle can access this road without any issues.

We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :). You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area's top attractions.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, but you can make use of public transit options.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The North SR-179 and Posse Grounds Park & Ride are each about a 15-minute from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Gorgeous Stay in Sedona

Stayed here with friends for a girls trip and this house was perfect!! The house is gorgeous and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen and 2 nice outdoor patios. Loved that this was near the creek, such a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
