Please close all window blinds at night to respect our neighbors of stargazers in our dark sky community. We have ample amber solar lighting creating an enchanting ambience.

Cellular: cell booster on property. Turn on your wi-fi calling for even better service, we're in the country. Our guests use the time to relax & unplug. If you must work ;) ... wi-fi & wi-fi calling will be your best friend.

Entertainment: 2 Smart HD TVs – no cable. Connect to your streaming services & movies.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the garage w/ laundry soaps for your use.

Parking: 1 garage parking spot (other half is gym). Additional parking in the driveway. We prefer you park in the garage.

Parties/Events/Other guests than on the reservation/loud music: strictly not allowed per AZ state & Sedona law. Please respect our neighbors peace & quiet with no loud music or voices/yelling, voices carry here.

Pets: 2 max well behaved dogs (NO non long hair major shedding breeds). Some Dog items are available for use.

Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out.
