A futon couch in the living room, paired with a comfort mat stored in the entry closet, provides additional sleeping space for one. The shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and bathroom essentials for a smooth stay.

Step through the back door into a large, grassy backyard fully enclosed for privacy. You can read in the shade, play a round of cornhole, or enjoy a quiet meal at one of two patios. This single-level home has no stairs and includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind. Please note that there is no carbon monoxide alarm in the home.

We do get some Javelina in the middle of the night once in a while trying to knock over garbage cans in the neighborhood. So, please keep them bungy corded so you don`t have a mess to clean up!

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
