The remodeled one-level property is spacious with 2,371 square feet and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus room, to accommodate up to eight guests. It is also pet friendly (up to two dogs allowed with prior approval and additional $125 non-refundable pet fee).
You will enter this gorgeous home through the front door, stepping right into the great room with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. This main living area holds the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Features comfortable leather furnishings, a 65” HD Smart TV with IOS AirPlay streaming capabilities, cable programming, Bose sound bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, and access to the covered patio and backyard. The fireplace is decorative only.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open and bright and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. You will find stainless steel appliances, including an electric range with double ovens, stone countertops, and a large kitchen island that will make entertaining and meal prep a breeze!
Dining Area: A dining table with seating for six or put the new a 4-seat bistro table next to the dining table for additional seating.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 50” Smart TV, backyard access. The private bathroom features double sinks, walk-in closet, and a separate tile shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, 43” Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for king upon request with additional $30 fee), 43” Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bonus room — Leather sofa, two twin day beds, 55” Smart TV with cable programming/DVD, and a 4-seat bistro table. The bathroom offers stone counters and a tile shower.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The resort-style, fenced-in backyard is huge and offers multiple seating and lounge areas. Enjoy the outdoor dining area, BBQ Grill, seating area with a gas fire table, a private hot tub, and an outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The new pool is refreshing and the panoramic red rock views are just breathtaking!
Private Pool and Hot tub: Yes, private and can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $100 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated from October 1- March 31. Pool Depth -- Shallow End: 4'. Deep End: 5'6". POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
