A perfect escape for families and friends to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer. This Uptown Sedona family home has 3 bedrooms, each with PRIVATE en-suite bath (3BA). Property features red rock views in a quiet neighborhood, with convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants of Uptown Sedona. The house is styled with comfortable furnishings and décor and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your every need.

Uptown is the IDEAL Sedona location - with a 5 min. walk to the main street, as well as easy access to nearby trails and spectacular Red Rock views in all directions. When you arrive at our home, you can leave your car behind and walk to pretty much anything you would like!

The home has an open concept living/dining/kitchen and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and star gaze at night. The dining table seats up to 8 for meals and games. The living room has a 55" smart tv. A double garage for car and/or bike storage, and ample off-street parking. Two of the bedrooms are off the main living area, and the 3rd room is nestled at the back. All 3 bedrooms have ample storage and elbow room, providing guests their own private space.

This is THE perfect house in the perfect location to fully experience Sedona. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops, the arts district, and morning coffee and pastries!

SECURITY:
Smart Lock - An Access code will be provided and activated for the duration of your stay.

2 Exterior security CAMERAS (one at front entrance, one at rear entrance). Only used for home security and to ensure the registered number of guests are present.

Guest Contact Information: Contact Name and phone number is required for ALL Adult guests. Please provide guest names and contact phone numbers upon booking inquiry or confirmation

No events, No parties, and No large gatherings permitted

PETS: we are pet owners and know how difficult it is to escape for a quality vacation with our dogs - that is why we allow you to have up to TWO DOGS, with prior permission upon booking, with the designated PET FEE. Please ensure that your dogs are well behaved, and potty trained. Please avoid leaving them alone at the house when you leave. We ask that if you leave your pets unattended, leave them in the spacious Laundry room area with doors closed to protect the rest of the house from possible unexpected damage. No other types of pets are permitted without prior permission.
There should be doggie-waste bags in the pantry, as well as some gates in the laundry room that you can use to keep your dogs on the back deck if desired.

FIREPLACE: Use of the indoor Fireplace is NOT Permitted

NO SMOKING or Vaping of ANY substance: anywhere on the property, inside or out.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect the quiet nature of Sedona living enjoyed by visitors and neighbors alike!
