We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues that felt misleading and poorly handled.First, the listing advertises a king bed, but it is actually a queen bed, which was frustrating since we specifically booked based on that detail. Accuracy in listings is important.When we arrived, the water heater was not adjusted for lodging, and everyone had to take cold showers at the beginning of our stay. After notifying the VRBO property management, the response felt short and dismissive rather than helpful, which added to the frustration.The living room has a very large window with no curtains or coverings at all. This made the space extremely hot during the day and uncomfortable at night, as it felt exposed and lacked privacy.We also noticed a significant amount of ants, which is unacceptable in a rental property. Additionally, the trash bags provided appeared to be ripped, and the toilet paper was extremely low quality small details, but they contribute to the overall experience.Overall, there were multiple issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. Future renters should be aware of these concerns.

This was a fantastic house, perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. Very comfortable, pretty outdoor space with hott tub, and ample beds for everyone. Only tip would be there needs to be at least one light outside of the garage near the parking area that can be turned on. It is extremely dark out there. We would gladly return to this house.

The hot tub was great, TV's were easy to use, kitchen had a lot of gear, beds were comfortable! Close by to everything you want to do in Sedona! We'd be happy to stay here again. The 2nd bathroom has a weird thing where you pull down on the spigot to make the shower head work. I think it'd be something good to put in the check in info. Also, if the management company would tell the guest where the check in info was being sent (messages or email) that would make things smoother.

This property was nice, kinda .It looked better in the pictures than in person. We asked for both an early check-in and a somewhat later checkout due to the air-conditioning not really circulating in the master. We received neither. Check-in was 4 and check-out was 10. Much later and earlier for a pricey VRBO like this.Also, the housekeeper was in the driveway starting at 9:30 so that was not cool.Be careful that there is the wrong filters for the coffee maker and only laundry pod ha. Also, be careful with the steps in the hot tub. They are totally rotted and splinter city. I would expected more from a 2,500 total 3 night stay.

Great Getaway!

This home is beautiful - exactly as advertised. It is away from the hustle and bustle but convenient to get to anywhere you want to go. We really enjoyed the wildlife that would pass by the windows in the morning and evening to include a squadron of javelinas, a herd of deer and a small pack of coyotes. We highly recommend this home for your next trip to Sedona!

What a wonderful property!

Great location, this home had every amenity as far as kitchen, bath, towels, and the washer/dryer came in so handy. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking- and we enjoyed the house and view so much that we actually preferred to spend a few nights “at home”, preparing our meals together and relaxing “at home”. Wonderful house. Great amenities - including hot tub with a view, well equipped kitchen, good linens and lots of towels, wonderful location within a few miles of everything. Management office was very responsive to our questions, great service. Primary suite was amazing, other bedrooms much smaller with a shared bath. One was double bunks so good for a family, but would benefit from a bedside table. Would have appreciated more onsite information about the house, and possibly some area recommendations, but as noted the office responded very promptly to our few inquiries. We recommend this property wholeheartedly. It was excellent in all ways and we would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Location!

We loved our stay on Brewer Road! The location is central to restaurants, shopping, and the main roads to all of the must-see Sedona locations. There is also a fantastic trail (Brewster Trail) just .4 of mile walk from the house...and that ended up being one of our favorite hikes and lookout points the entire trip! Don't miss it. The house was the perfect size and we loved that the hosts provided so many of the "staple" items you need like soap, shampoo/conditioner, TP, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and even laundry detergent. We brought most of these things because we didn't know they'd be there. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night and stargazing. The sky is so clear and the yard is really private. The view from the family room windows on the listing doesn't do it justice. Having coffee while watching the sun come up over the red rocks is incredible. Locally, we really enjoyed eating at The Vault for lunch (the view!). Lots of great restaurant options within a few minutes drive...just be prepared to pay Sedona prices $$$. We also did a Pink Jeep Tour and that was one of our kid's favorite things. Hikes at the Chimney Rock Trail and Cathedral Rock were also big hits. We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon through a tour company and we would absolutely recommend that to anyone vs driving on your own. We learned a TON and saw some awesome things that regular visitors usually don't. We would definitely stay at Brewer Road again!
