This quaint and STUNNING single level 1150 sq. ft. newly renovated home has an abundance of natural light and views. Upon entering “your” home, you will be welcomed into the large open kitchen and living area with a contemporary chef’s kitchen, expansive island for entertaining, bar stools, a comfortable sofa and two swivel chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, tea pot and toaster-oven. ***Note that due to City ordinance, after January 4, 2026, the oven/range combo shown in some photos will be replaced with a countertop 2-burner induction cooktop and an oversized countertop oven.***

After a day of hiking and/or mountain biking, there’s a 55” Samsung Smart TV, a selection of board games, and even a spacious HOT TUB that comes complete with stunning views of Thunder Mountain.

Our guests come to this “slice of heaven” to explore and to enjoy the serenity of our natural landscape. Our entire environment has been designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation – you may never want to leave… You can enjoy a quiet breakfast in the breakfast nook or on the front or back patios, even relax in an Adirondack chair, lounge chairs or hammock. This home is a treasure!

BEDROOMS: There are two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a comfy Cal-King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Both rooms have a large Smart TV and tastefully decorated furnishings. There’s a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

BATHROOM: The family-style bathroom comes with a double vanity, walk-in shower with privacy glass and the toilet is separated by a privacy door. Custom tile and cozy rugs complete the bathroom area.

LAUNDRY ROOM with washer, dryer and laundry soap.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, towels, and other essentials for all of our guests. If you`re looking for anything in particular, just message us!

BIKE-STATION includes a “Park Tool” repair stand, Metal pedestal for locking bikes and adjacent hose for cleaning bikes. Bike tools and cleaning supplies are not included.

PARKING: Private tree and rock-lined driveway and parking area for multiple vehicles – all included.

You will have access to the entire home.

This property is located in West Sedona surrounded by National Forest land, offering a convenient yet incredibly private location for your trip. The neighborhood features large lots and high-end, luxury homes.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• A maximum of one dog is allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
