Set in the heart of West Sedona surroundings, Juniper Pines redefines luxury living. This elegant two-story home, built in 2024, comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for large groups of families and friends. With five-star features including expansive decks, a hydropool and a hot tub, and breathtaking views of Thunder Mountain, every detail has been crafted for uncompromising luxury. The interior spaces are a showcase of style and comfort, offering both privacy and togetherness in a seamless design.

The open-concept layout includes four sumptuous bedrooms, sleeping ten, with additional space for two more guests on a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. There are four bathrooms, including three en suites. Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and curated finishes create stylish yet functional spaces that cater to the needs of large groups, while panoramic windows afford dramatic views of Sedona’s red rocks. An elevator connects the upper and lower levels, providing easy access to multiple entertainment areas, including a games room for year-round fun.

All bathroom supplies are vegan and cruelty free.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, but you can make use of public transit options.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The West SR 89A Park & Ride is a three-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.

Victoria and Cameron’s home in Sedona was amazing and in a great location. The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We had 8 people in our party and there was plenty of room to hang out without feeling crowded. The views from the kitchen/back patio were also amazing. Communication between us and the hosts was fast and polite. I would definitely stay here again!
