The 65-inch HD Smart TV mounted from the ceiling is perfect for movie nights, while the ample seating invites you to sink in and relax. Kids will delight in discovering a hidden trove of board games beneath the kitchen island, including the ever-popular SedonaOpoly. Whether you’re stretching out on an Alo yoga mat or pouring a glass of wine from the island’s built-in wine fridge, every detail here is designed for indulgence.

The dining area is a place for connection, where a spacious table comfortably seats ten for family-style meals. Additional seating can be found at the oversized kitchen island with its four bar stools, as well as at the outdoor dining table, ensuring there’s room for everyone to gather.

The kitchen is a dream for home cooks and entertainers alike, fully stocked with high-quality cookware, cooking essentials, and both indoor and outdoor wine glasses. A fenced, in-ground pool is surrounded by four brand-new lounge chairs, three reclining chairs, and six floats for sun-soaked relaxation. Next to the pool, four Adirondack chairs circle a brand-new Williams Sonoma fire pit, where you can toast marshmallows under the stars. An outdoor sofa and lounge chair complete this tranquil setting, making it the perfect spot for slow mornings and golden-hour cocktails.

The home boasts five thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite features a plush king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom, with direct access to the pool through a child-safe door. Cathedral Rock sunrise views pour in each morning, creating a magical start to your day. Two additional king bedrooms, each with mounted Smart TVs and ceiling fans, provide peaceful spaces for rest, while the fourth bedroom is a bunk room built for fun, complete with two full-over-full bunk beds.

For those seeking added privacy, the Casita offers a secluded sanctuary. This detached suite features a king bed, breathtaking mountain views, and a Smart TV. A dedicated workspace makes it ideal for remote work, while a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and French press ensures ultimate convenience. The Casita also includes its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower, giving guests a hotel-like experience within the comfort of a home.

With four full bathrooms, the home is designed to accommodate large groups effortlessly. And for families traveling with little ones, we’ve provided two pack-and-plays and a few high chairs. The home is fully accessible, with no steps required to enter, making it comfortable for guests of all ages.
