Located in Oak Creek Village, the gateway to the Red Rock Scenic Byway, our condo is just 5 miles from downtown Sedona. Walk to hiking trails, restaurants, galleries, and shopping, or relax in the laid-back, quiet community. Enjoy access to a private pool, shady loungers, BBQ grills, and a basketball court. Perfectly situated for adventure or relaxation, this cozy retreat offers stunning views and a welcoming home base for your Sedona getaway.
The Space:
Our 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom condo is warm inviting and tastefully decorated in southwest décor. The condo boasts a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, full-size stove with oven, fridge and coffee maker, dishware and cookware. The Livingroom features a cozy electric fireplace, Roku SMART TV, sofa that folds in a futon and loveseat. The full bathroom has shower over tub combination, large vanity with sink and shampoos and soaps are supplied. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have comfortable Queen-sized pillow-top mattresses with bedding and extra blankets. Enjoy your morning coffee on our patio area right outside the condo front door or take a stroll around the beautiful property. The property has multiple charcoal BBQ grills, table seating areas, private pool for guests (Available May 1st to October 31st), a covered dining Ramada, multiple areas with lounge chairs for relaxing an EV charger and a basketball court! This unit is on the 1st floor of the building and there are no stairs to climb. There is 1 step up to get into the door of the condo.
The condo has open parking, well-lit areas a night and beautiful scenery.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo minus the cleaning/supply closet in the 2nd bedroom. Guests are able to access all community amenities and must follow the posted rules. There is a laundry room on site for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
The Village of Oak Creek is a laid-back residential community with outdoor attractions like Cathedral Rock, a soaring red rock landmark with trails and far-reaching desert views. Hiking and mountain-biking trails also wind around the Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock formations. Upscale golf resorts pepper the area, and State Route 179 is lined with casual restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shopping plazas
Getting Around:
Sedona Shuttle is available. Otherwise, there are many restaurants and shopping within walking desistance of the condo as well as Bell Rock hiking trail.
Other Things to Note:
The condo is on the 1st floor of the building. Also please note that the condo is part of a condominium community. The pool and basketball courts are across the street (side street) as is the trash dumpster. If you have any questions about the condo's location within the community, please message prior to booking.
Check-in
-Guests will be able to access the condo with their own personalized access code, this code is sent prior to check-in and becomes active at check-in time and expires at check-out time.
Recording/monitoring device cameras on the property in the front of the house (nest Doorbell) which monitors the front door, and sidewalk. The camera records motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our camera is for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.
Please note ~ This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the condo including on the patio. There are 2 designated smoking areas in the condo community. Please reference the community map once you book.
Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and AirBnB. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

Additional rules
By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:
-The primary guest must be present. No sub-letting allowed. We prefer the primary guest to be over the age of 21.
-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
-The maximum sleeping occupancy of the condo is 4 pre-registered guests and the maximum daytime occupancy is 6 guests (between 8am-10pm).
-Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.
-No smoking of any kind inside the condo . There are designated smoking areas on the community map (smoking area is behind unit 106). There is a $500 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.
-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and all guests must follow all of the HOA's posted rules. Failure to follow the HOA rules could result in early termination of your reservation with no refund and or a fine imposed by the HOA.
- Per HOA rules, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool area or at the pool. Pool hours are 6 am to 10 pm. The pool is open for use from March 1st to November 1st. The pool is not open during the winter.
-Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received.
-Guest will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that occur.
- Failure to follow the HOA rules could result in early termination of your reservation with no refund and or a fine imposed by the HOA. Guests are responsible to pay the fine imposed by the HOA for broken rules (noise violations, pet violations, disorderly behavior, community property damage ect.

-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.
-There is security camera on the property at the front door that monitors the front door. The camera is used to ensure only registered guests and service providers are on the property. It records motion, audio and video 24/7, if tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate without refund of stay.
-We allow up to 2 small, well trained and friendly dogs on the property. The pets must be added to the reservation and the pet fee paid prior to checking in. The pet fee is $100. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee of $250 per pet. Owners must clean up after their pets, please do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time. Please do not leave them in the yard for long periods of time or let them bark. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Pet deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees and costs may apply if pets damage anything at the property. Guests must immediately clean up after pets. Pet waste needs to be thrown in the dumpster located across the street. Pet waste pick up is charged at $60.
Please note we have Ring camera located on the front door. The Ring camera records motion and sound 24/7 and monitors the front door. Guests are not permitted to tamper with the Ring Camera. If tampered with, the reservation will be immediately cancelled with no refund.
The property has an Ecobee connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.
Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature within a comfortable range. Please note the AC/heat pump unit is able to be lowered to 72°F for air conditioning and raised to 78°F for heating. Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the range. Thank you.

Great stay in a wonderful location! We loved that we were able to walk to Bell Rock which is one of our favorite spots in VOC. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you could need and the shower pressure was amazing especially after a long day of hiking. The internet was the only “issue” we had but may have just been due to the weird weather patterns lately. It wasn’t an issue for us because we went to hike and also just used our phones as a hotspot when necessary. I saw one other review talked about the noise from the upstairs people. It’s a condo on the first floor so nothing unusual about that! If you want a perfectly quiet place then first floor of a two story building isn’t your thing! We did hear people upstairs but it was always quiet at night and it caused no issues. (I’m from a big family so kinda found it soothing!) There’s laundry on site and one of the neighbors has two very friendly kitties. This is a wonderful rental in a spectacular location. We would definitely stay here again!

If you want somewhere quiet and cool in the beautiful town of Sedona this is not the place. Host would not allow air controls to be cooled below 72. Probably fine for elderly but not an active family who hiked all day and likes to sleep in cold rooms. When asked I was told "there are box fans in a closet." No ceiling fans in bedrooms and air flow is terrible in the living/kitchen area. The noise above us was so loud in the in the early mornings. It woke us and our children up at 5:30 am.It is close to all the beautiful red rocks and to walk the sidewalks through Sedona. Easy to get around from here.

My sister and I stayed a week, it was close to many things, nice place to stay. It was clean, the only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was one on the property. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house
Nice house. It was very clean. Great communication with owner. Very accommodating had to change places and they worked with me to help get what we needed.
