Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, but you can make use of public transit options.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The home is a 4-minute drive from the Posse Grounds Park & Ride Lot. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
‱ Use the exercise equipment at your own risk.
‱ A maximum of two dogs are allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
‱ No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
‱ We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
‱ Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
‱ No firearms allowed on property
‱ Do not move furniture
‱ Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.

The Zen Condo was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The amenities were top notch, with a beautiful patio complete with grill and bird feeders. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the owners provided delicious local coffee. We enjoyed every moment in the condo and hope to visit again. The owners checked in with us to insure our comfort.

This condo unit is spotless and very well equipped with everything you could need. Just off the main drag (89A), there are sidewalks to shopping/ restaurants, and to a very nice little park. It also has the most comfortable bed I have had away from home. It is a bit like a luxury grotto, very quiet with nice views out of its west exposure/patio. Our hosts were super responsive, pleasant, and easy to work with!
