The Space:
This spacious 3-bed, 3-bath townhome in a gated golf community offers comfort, fun, and stunning views. The upper level features a King Master with ensuite bath & patio access, a Queen Guest Suite, a cozy reading nook, a large living room with a twin trundle bed & TV, a fully stocked kitchen with two dining areas, a laundry room, and a patio with seating.
The lower level includes a King Guest Suite with ensuite bath and a game room with air hockey, pool, TV & seating. Step outside to the lower patio with a BBQ & outdoor dining. Enjoy access to a seasonal pool, tennis courts, and nearby trails, shops & restaurants. Sleeps 8, with an option for 10 upon request.
Guest Access:
Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Your reservation must be confirmed through TRUVI to receive check in instructions. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

TRUVI Requirements:
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. The name on your TRUVI application must match the primary guest listed on the reservation. In accordance with city and state regulations, the background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not fully confirmed until these requirements are met, and check-in instructions will only be provided once completed. Additionally, prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement to acknowledge and agree to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

A $100 per hour fee will be applied for excessive cleaning required after check-out.
Unapproved Early Check In/ Late Check Out Fee: $100/hour. This fee is only assessed for early check ins or late check outs that did not contact us and did not receive an approval message via their booking channel. If you reached out to us and received an approval there is no fee. Our staff maintain a tight schedule and need the full available time in order to service the property.
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home or in outdoor areas where smoke may drift into the property. If guests choose to smoke outside, it must be done far away from the property to ensure that smoke does not enter the home. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or smoke odor is found inside the unit.
Unauthorized Pets: $500 fine. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Service Animals:
Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking.
When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Please pick up after your service animals and deposit waste in an outside trash can. If you are in need of any special considerations please reach out to us so we can offer appropriate solutions.
Mail delivery:
Mail is not accepted at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. We are not responsible for retrieving or assisting with any items shipped to the home. Local mail services that are available include the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
Lost and Found:
If you leave something behind the fee for returning it via mail is $50 + the cost of shipping. You can also reach out for the possibility of picking up at our Sedona Office. We are not responsible for forgotten items.
Quiet Hours:
Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. and are strictly enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times.
Dark Sky Ordinance:
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
Fire Rings:
Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time.
Local Wildlife:
The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals.
City Unpermitted Uses:
City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features / electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home.

Successful Girls trip
This place couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. The home is very spacious. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. We took advantage of the grill and the pool table during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook. The beds were comfortable. Great stay!

Very spacious and comfortable with well stocked kitchen. The awesome air hockey and pool table was an added bonus!! The kiddos enjoyed the reading loft upstairs as well! Wish the pool was open but the hot tub was relaxing. Great stay all around!!

Great stay for a Family!
I live in Canyon Mesa & had my brothers & sisters here in October. This was a great rental as each person had their own bed & bath & there was still plenty sleeping areas if you had children. There was a pool table & air hockey. Plenty of space to hang out. Condo was well equipped, kitchen had all you need. I would rent this unit again.

Beautiful community with spotless, spacious condo
This is my second stay in the Canyon Mesa Community. We love that it’s gated and has such a central location to Oak Creek Village and many hiking trails.
The home had ample space for my party of four and many nice touches to make us feel at home.
The only downside was the beds. While they had lovely memory foam toppers and nice bedding, the mattresses themselves must have been extremely old as there were very few spots that you didn’t sink down into a big dip. Not comfortable for achy bodies that had endured long hikes.

Special desert getaway
The house was wonderful and had excellent accommodations. You can star gaze from the porch! Beds were comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of rules, but we didn't mind. The living room TV is weird - the remotes didn't work well unless you were standing up. And prepare to have your own subscription service bc most apps we're needing to have a login. No cable. I loved they provided a nice book with lots of area information and house rules. Would stay here again. Great location, pool is nice (it's small), and comfortable spot. Thanks for making our Sedona experience great!

The place was roomy. All of Sara's suggestions for restaurants and hikes were excellent. 9-hole par 3 course was very accessible but the course was pretty rundown if that matters to you. It didn't to us. Hot tub was lovely and we were usually there without other people. The negatives were that the place could use a deep clean - dust on top of baseboards and under sofas. There were also a few things that could use basic maintenance like a broken/loose outlet where the air hockey table plugged in, light bulbs were burnt out in some fixtures, etc.

Perfect spot for family or group of friends
Two members of family over 50 and four members of family in their late 20’s and early 30’s. We all loved this home. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. All three couples had their own bathroom which was fantastic. We purposely chose this property as it is a 10 minute ride from downtown. This meant we were away from the traffic and crowds, but close enough that it was easy to get to. And, honestly, the ride on route 179 is so beautiful it was a pleasure to start and end each day with it. When you hike Bell rock, you will only be 5 minutes away from the trailhead, and all other meaningful destinations are also quickly reached from this property. The kitchen was spacious and well-appointed and we appreciated the grill which we took advantage of. Would definitely stay here again.
