« There was very little staff available on the night, there wasn’t an option for any drinks or a bar no restaurant. The room was cold, radiator took ages to warm up and windows didn’t shut properly. On the morning I left I was met by another member of staff who was clearly on something. I should of spent an extra £10 and stayed at a travel lodge. »

« Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back »

« Used as a transit stop-over. Plenty of eating options in walking distance. Bathroom needs redecorating to raise overall standard. Manager remote, but good comms. »

« So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...
