« Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. « Me and my two best friends were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful serene cabin tucked away in parsonsfield maine! He showed us around when we first arrived and gave us some tips to a lovley swimming hole which was beautiful! The cabin was so unique and spacious! It was full of cool artwork and knickknacks that we spent a lot of time admiring and taking photos of. It felt very cozy and homey. We had a nice little bonfire before we ended our night! He was very kind and we were very greatful...

« Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes. »
