« GREAT place would go back in a heartbeat. My only add-on would be a microwave in the future, more so on an extended stay and leftovers lol. We reported a couple of SMALL issues and they replied rather quickly. We did not go to the Lake due to temps and not sure if I missed info on Lake access. All in all a 10 out of 10. This was our first Air B&B type experience and very happy! Also thanks for our nice surprises! »

« House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site? »

« Excellent property! Clean and well appointed. There was everything you could need within a 5 min drive radius. Communication was excellent. There was a fire alarm battery beeping when we arrived and they addressed it very quickly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area! »

« A unique farmhouse experience, centrally located in Lovell. Clean, quite and private with easy access to Kesar Lake, hiking trails, the Fryeburg Fair and more. Guests get to enjoy a small second floor apartment, accessed through a private front entrance. The unit is two bedrooms with a kitchenette/den with a brand new bathroom. We stayed three nights enjoying the autumn weather, hiking and the fair. Brent the owner living below was so quite. We hardly knew he was there. »

« We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :) »

« As expected. »

« The apartment was lovely. Parking was easy. Communication with the rental company was great, they were very responsive. A couple disappointments included some dishes were sticky and dirty, some light bulbs were out. I think I should have been offered a slight reduction in price. Dirty dishes are gross. The rental company did offer to come over to clean them. »
