This lovely home boasts a bedroom on the first floor, featuring a queen bed. Additionally, there are two bedrooms located on the third floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a high ceiling. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a vanity mirror and a bathtub. The second bedroom on the third floor features a bunk bed, perfect for young ones. Another bathroom with a toilet is conveniently located on this floor, and a pack & play is available in the bathroom closet.

Getting Around:

Our house is conveniently located just 1.6 miles from downtown Seattle. You can hop on bus #2 heading west, followed by a short walk, to reach Pike Place Market and Seattle's famous waterfront. If you take bus #2 heading east, you can visit Madrona Beach and enjoy stunning views of Lake Washington. Within a few minutes' walk from our property, you'll also find a delightful array of local restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring and indulging in the city's culinary and retail offerings.



Other Things to Note:

1- Street parking can be challenging depending on the time of day.

2- No Central AC but we provided 2 portable ACs.
