Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 4 guests, the lower unit features two welcoming bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Each room includes a comfortable bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. The Tree Room offers a streaming TV, dual nightstands, and a full-length mirror, while the Wood Room includes a rustic accent wall and a workspace with office supplies. The shared bathroom provides a combination tub and shower, a well-lit vanity, and bathroom essentials for a relaxing start or end to your day.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, complete with stainless steel appliances and space to prepare your favorite meals. You’ll have heating, air conditioning, portable fans, blackout curtains, and a washer and dryer for easy comfort. The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A smart lock allows self check-in, and exterior security cameras monitor the entry for your safety.

You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. For affordability, this unit is a 3 bedroom that has one room locked off.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
