Guest acknowledges his/her awareness of the following potentially hazardous conditions on the property: (a) tile and/or flooring around any tub or shower in the bathrooms, can be slippery when wet; (c) niches in walls and/or all table corners can be hazardous to crawling or very young children; (d) there are or may be a fire feature or grilling equipment present which may be hot to the touch long after it it used.
Guest agrees to use due care in the use of the premises, and waives any claim against Owner with respect to the condition of the premises, other than claims resulting solely from Owner's or their Employee's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the playroom and the back yard!! The location is awesome - just a short walk from Green Lake and the local shops and restaurants - as well as being very convenient to the interstate for heading into downtown Seattle. Communication with the owner was great! Had a great time! Thanks!

This property was a gem! Easy parking, fenced backyard with play structure, toy room inside, private downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous primary suite! I have never felt so comfortable staying away from home or been to such a thoughtfully appointed rental property. This was perfect for our family. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This house was a joy to stay in. The host thoughtfully had holiday decorations including a Christmas tree for our dec 25 stay. The entire house was sparkling clean and elegantly appointed. Dream kitchen, with a huge master bedroom and full tub and shower in the master, and several other bedrooms. It is walking distance to Green Lake in a nice neighborhood. The property is multilevel so if you have challenges with navigating stairs, this is probably not the right place for you -- but we had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
