Merge onto I-5 North toward Seattle and continue for about 12 miles.

Take exit 169 for NE 45th St toward University of Washington.

Keep left at the fork, following signs for NE 45th St E/NE 45th St W.

Merge onto NE 45th St and continue for about 2.5 miles.

Adults must supervise all children under 18 at all times during pool and hot tub use.
Pool will be heated by request for $90 per day.

All parties must be agreed to and planned in advance with the host of this house. Otherwise, parties are strictly prohibited. There will be an extra fee that will be agreed upon prior to booking and will be determined by size of party, type of party, etc...
