My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property where we celebrated Thanksgiving since our collegiate athlete could not come home due to the football schedule. We had a lovely time just being together in a safe setting. Our host provided board games that kept us entertained as well as games found on the T.V. I really appreciated the kitchen amenties as cooking away from home can be challenging but the kitchen was well equipped and made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds are comfortable. The whole house is gorgous, modern, and esthetically pleasing. This is the perfect setting for families to gather and spend time with one another.

Everything you could hope for in a vacation rental. WELL stocked! Clean! Close to mass transit and freeway access while still being in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. Host communication was on point. I would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely property in a great location. All of the modern amenities needed. The yard is very small, but we came to spend time at UW and in town, so it worked well for us. Beds were comfy. There are stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms, so be mindful for people with disabilities and small children. Great stay, plenty of parking, short drive to all Seattle attractions!

Very nice duplex, all the rooms were in great shape. One thing to keep in mind is the AC is only located on the first floor and the third floor bedroom. The two bedrooms located on second floor do not have AC.

Concert weekend

The property was just a 10-15 min walk to the train which made attending the concert very easy. Newer house which was nice, for me a nice hard mattress in the master was a great sleep. All other rooms were great as well. Thank you we will book again.

Beautiful unit

The home is modern with beautiful new appliances. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nicely tiled and the water pressure is great. The unit checked all the boxes for the things I’m looking for when traveling. The unit is quite vertical with some steep stairs to the second and third floors. We didn’t find the stairs to be a problem for 3 healthy adults. Location is good, we found we could get anywhere in Seattle pretty quickly, downtown, the U of W and Ballard. The neighborhood was quiet.Host is prompt and kind when responding to questions.

Great Home Base for Exploring Seattle

It’s a little way out of the heart of the city, but pretty convenient to the Link station. Overall it felt a bit pricy for only 2 nights, but I suppose it is the host’s right to use surge pricing for the 4th of July weekend. We’d have loved to stay a 3rd night if it had been more economical. We stayed with our 3 kids and it was a great place to grab some sleep, make breakfast & head out to explore. There are lots of stairs as another reviewer pointed out, but the payoff is a very nice top floor balcony to enjoy. End of day, our only feedback is regarding the accuracy of the posting. It makes mention at least twice of complimentary wine. Nope. It references a carport. By definition a carport is a covered structure not a concrete slab. Lastly, the “EV charger” is simply an outlet you can plug your car into. That would have been fine but my husband forget to pack our charging cable so we wound up driving a few blocks and paying to charge. None of these were deal breakers as you can see by my 5 star rating, but I do like 100% truth in advertising.

Great place to stay. Location was very convenient to the Zoo, lots of shopping near by and great restaurants. Host was very accommodating, made sure we had a crib and high chair. Responded very quickly to any questions we sent him. Definitely would stay here again!

First Time in Seattle

This was a great trip for us. My two children (19 & 21) and I had a fantastic time. The location of this property worked well for us as we were all over the map. Mt. Rainier to Anacortes and then around downtown. This is close to I-5 and made it easy to get to everything. The property itself was great.Nicely appointed and in great shape. The Property Mgr was great with their communication. No complaints and we would rent again.

Wonderful

We really appreciated staying at this lovely property. The house was spotless and well equipped. Every corner was clean and fresh. The appliances and furnishings were new. The neighborhood was pleasant and convenient to Greenlake and Northgate areas, and not too far to downtown. The property management and the owner were extremely responsive and supportive. We Loved the place!!

Vivek provided excellent service from the booking stage to the entire process. The home was inviting, exceptionally clean, and offered a relaxing atmosphere with welcoming lights upon arrival.
