Suite privée et calme 2CH 1SDB Queen Anne !

A private 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite in quiet Upper Queen Anne, one block from some of Seattle's best neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. It's peaceful at night, yet about 10 minutes from Seattle Center, the Space Needle, and downtown.

THE SPACE
The suite is fully separate from the main house upstairs, with its own private entrance and keypad entry. The entry room is spacious, with a sofa, dining table, TV, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and a free washer and dryer. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are fully private from the entry room. Central heat plus space heaters in every room, and a portable AC in summer.

GOOD TO KNOW
- There's no kitchen or kitchen sink. Leave dishes in the gray tub and I'll run them through my dishwasher.
- There are about 10 steps up to the entrance, both directions. A hidden alley door lets you bring luggage in without the stairs.
- I live upstairs. For stays over a week, I may occasionally need to pop into the laundry area.
- Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Within a block or two you'll find restaurants and bars like Bar Miriam (named one of the best bars in the US), How to Cook a Wolf, and Sushi Yoin, plus coffee shops, bakeries, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and CVS. Kerry Park, with the classic view of the Space Needle and Mt Rainier, is a 15-minute walk.

GETTING AROUND
Free street parking is right out front, with no time limit. Routes 13 and 4 stop at the corner and run to Seattle Center and downtown. The cruise terminals are 10 to 15 minutes away by car, and I can often hold bags before or after your cruise.
