Enjoy a spacious, warm, bright and comfortable townhome with three bedrooms. each with its own attached bathroom for comfort and privacy! This place is good for group travelers, families and multi-generational groups. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Close to bus route or take a short Uber ride to downtown.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1400 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no step to entrance.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: main entrance, bedroom with full size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower, garage (not available for guest use except for emergency access to electric panel/furnace & internet). Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Living room with two sets of sofa (one sofa is a full size pull out bed), dining, kitchen, half bath. Air conditioned • Third Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. Laundry. Air conditioned.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • Garage is not part of the rental and cannot park in front of the garage; there is a dedicated parking space on the side of the house, a private driveway (tandem parking for 2 small cars or one large car) • The unit is at the intersection of two main roads. There will be some road noise when you open the bedroom windows. We provide ear plugs so you can have a better sleep. • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We were traveling with 3 couples and we really enjoyed the upper rooms and the living and dining area were a great place to visit and do puzzles.It was slightly louder in the room closest to the corner with traffic noise, but that can’t be helped.We really enjoyed our time there.

The house was very nice. Decent location very close to a bus stop. 3 bedroom with 3 private baths, one for each bedroom. That was super nice to have that setup. 2 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs in this 3 level house. There is another 1/2 bath on the main floor which was very convenient. The upstairs did not cool as well as the main floor or basement and was a little warm due to the weather outside. There were additional fans in closet that made it tolerable. The internet for streaming with the tv was very frustrating after a long day of hiking. It was almost impossible to watch it due to the lag and buffering. It was fine for watching on a computer, which was very odd, so maybe it was the tv. The parking was extremely difficult, but we put a Suburban in the parking spot. We knew from reviews it could be a challenge. After that there was parking on the street we utilized and was not a big deal at all. We never had a problem parking on the street immediately in front of house. Overall house was very nice and well set-up. It had everything we needed, but could have some minor improvements made, including cleanliness, to make it more pleasurable property.

Spacious home with many bathrooms
The home was nice and had lots of space. However the downstairs bedroom clearly had not been cleaned...dirty carpet that had not been vacuumed, and dental floss picks on the floor. The sheets were not clean. They offered to come clean while we were out for the day, but never showed. They offered a refund and I have yet to see that come through my account. Overall the house is lovely, but those issues were not addressed after I reached out for assistance.

Quick trip to see family member in the hospital
Location was great.... 30 minutes from airport and 5 minutes from hospital where a family member was admitted. Was great for us to be able to cook breakfast and some meals while quickly being able to pop to and from the hospital.The bathrooms for the bedrooms were great and parking was available on the street when I wasn't wanting to tackle the interesting assigned spot. Lastly, when we needed to extend unexpectedly due to family member in the hospital they made it super easy! Thank you!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this property. We were coming down for a Seahawks game, and it was close to Lumen Field and some local restaurants and coffee shops. Perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was cozy (loved the gas fireplace!), and we had ample space with every room having an ensuite. What a bonus!
Only downfalls were the tv was quite glitchy, the wifi wasn't great on the top floor and the parking spot was tight to get in and out of (& awkward with the hilly driveway). Otherwise we would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Property was as described. Know that the bed on the main floor is a typical pullout and gives no privacy. All other beds have a private bath which is wonderful. You are on a loud and busy street. As other reviews said, parking a vehicle is no easy task! Location and access was perfect for our group!

Townhouse in Seattle
I booked this townhouse to stay in Seattle with my friends for Supercross. The townhouse had limited parking, but we were able to fit a full size truck and car in the designated area. The house was very clean and cozy! The beds were a bit hard. We had an issue with cold showers (no warm water whatsoever, even from the sinks) the first day, so I contacted the owner. I never got in touch with the owner, but Betterstay was able to reply quickly and suggested to reset the breaker. This worked and we were able to have a hot shower for about 5-10 minutes. ( We made sure not to shower at the same time as well, because that would be an understandable reason for the lack of hot water.) I did love that each bedroom had a bathroom, but I did wish the water heater could support each bathroom when someone would go to shower at a separate time. It was a nice location to where we needed to go, only a few minute drive from town or the stadium. Overall great place, but did knock off two stars for the cold showers and hard beds.

Beautiful Townhouse
My friends and I stayed here for Supercross weekend. It was an adorable townhouse with some parking on the side. We were able to fit a full size truck and car in tandem parking, but no room for any other vehicles (which is listed in the description for this VRBO). I loved that each room had its own bathroom. The mattresses weren't horrible, but definitely on the harder side. I took one star off because we had an issue with having cold showers. Betterstay was great about contacting back quickly and we were able to figure out it was a breaker issue, but the showers became cold after about 10-15 minutes, which may be all the water heater holds. Overall the stay was great, the location was pretty close to all the touristy places as well.

We loved this house! Spacious enough for 3 adult couples and loved that we each had our own bathroom! Large dining table for meals and board game too!

Fantastic stay
We had a great stay, property is great for a group, well stocked and very clean. The beds could use an upgrade (very hard) but we would stay there again in a heartbeat. One thing to note it is located on a fairly busy road and is quite loud at night but nothing white noise can't drown out. Joanne is great and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this home.
