・ Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. A $500 fee may apply for violations. If smoking or vaping outdoors, please stay away from doors and windows and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
・ Please treat the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or other costs resulting from misuse or violations of these house rules.
・ Pet-Free: This is a pet-free home. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fee.
