We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and security deposit will be forfeited.

*. Steps disclosure: 15+ steps at the entrance. This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC. One AC in the living room, another AC in the master bedroom on the top floor. No other AC but only tower fan in the 2nd bedroom.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
